陳思安

Chen Si’an is a playwright, short story writer, theatre director, and translator based between Shanghai and Beijing. Her award-winning plays, including Be SeenA Counterfeit Life, and Dreams of the Ordinary, have been performed at major theatres and festivals in China and abroad. She has published four short story collections, and her works have been translated into multiple languages. As a translator, she has introduced authors like Patti Smith and Ayad Akhtar to Chinese readers. Chen is the founder and artistic director of the Sound and Fury Festival, supporting emerging Chinese playwrights through international collaboration.

作家であり、劇作家、演出家、翻訳者でもあります。1986年4月生まれで、北京で働き、暮らしています。「声嚣」劇読祭(Sound and Fury Play Reading Festival)の創設者兼芸術ディレクターであります。
